Ingredients

113 grams (1/2 cup) of butter
120 grams (1 cup) sugar
2 large eggs
125 grams (1 cup) of flour
50 grams (1/2 cup) cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup Tecate beer
1 cup pecan pieces
Double - makes 32 1.5" squares
227 grams (1 cup) of butter
4 large eggs
250 grams (2 cups) of flour
100 grams (1 cup) cocoa powder (84 grams)
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Tecate beer
2 cups pecan pieces
Directions
1. Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit degrees (175 Celcius)
2. Beat butter with sugar until creamy. Add eggs and beat until uniform.
3. Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Add to butter, sugar, and eggs mix. Blend together alternating with the beer.
4. Add pecans and mix with a spatula.
5. Bake for 20-30 minutes until a knife comes out clean. Let cool off completely.
6. Cut into 1.5" squares and sprinkle with confectioners' sugar.
