1/2 cup rice
1 lb. spicy italian sausage
1/2 cup white wine
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 teaspoon paprika
1 can fire-roasted tomatoes
1 red onion
1 red pepper
2 garlic cloves
red pepper flakes

Directions
Prepare dish as instructed in Ramsay's video, substituting the roasted tomatoes for the fresh tomatoes.
Notes
Ryan would prefer this dish deconstructed. Next time:
1. Cook rice with chicken broth.
2. Fry the sausage. Deglaze with white wine and then add the liquid from the roasted tomatoes and paprika. Reserve.
3. Sautee the onions and red peppers at the same time until soft. Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Add roasted tomatoes. Reserve.
4. Minced parsley on the side.
