bread crumbs with onion salt, garlic powder, Italian herbs and pepper

Olive oil for frying

Lime wedges and mustard for serving

Mexican  red rice, bought


Salad

Baby spinach

Cherry Tomatoes

Salad Dressing

6 bacon slices cut into 1/8-inch strips or cubes

3 cloves garlic peeled and minced

3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
