Ingredients

1/4 cup kosher salt (Ryan said it was too salty. Try with 1/8 cup next time.

Italian Herbs

Paprika

Pepper 

(No additional salt)


Caesar Salad 

2 heads of romaine lettuce, washed and dried, and torn or chopped into bite-sized pieces

Caesar Dressing - By Hand

1 large clove of garlic, minced

1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 teaspoon anchovies paste

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt

1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

1/4 cup light extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon mayonnaise, or egg yolk

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated or shaved

Additional salt, if needed


Caesar Dressing - Mini Food Processor

1 clove garlic

1/4 cup green lemon juice

Worcestershire sauce?

2 anchovy fillets or 1 teaspoon of anchovy paste

Dijon mustard?

Salt?

Pepper?

1/4 cup mayonnaise

1/4 cup finely ground parmesan cheese


Croutons

1 bolillo, cut into 1-inch slices, hand-chopped into bite-size pieces

1 tablespoon olive oil

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Fresh 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves


Fettuccini

226 grams of fettuccini
