Hard Boiled Eggs

 








Directions

1. Add cold eggs to a pot and completely cover with cold water. Add 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar to help peel the eggs. Bring the water to a rolling boil. Immediately turn off the heat and cover the pot. Let rest for 10 minutes. Drain the water in the pot and place under cold running water for about 5 minutes. 

2. To peel the eggs, tap them on the counter to crackle them. Roll each egg between your hands to loosen the shell. You can peel the eggs under cold running water to help the process. Inserting a teaspoon between the egg and the shell will also help.
