Notes
- I tried pan frying the chicken and it took forever. This has to be baked!
- Don't add salt to the lettuce or red cabbage or they'll become soggy.
- Cucumber needs to be fresh. Add salt right before bringing them to the table.
- Tomatoes need to be mature. Add salt right before bringing them to the table.
