Ingredients
Dressing
2 small garlic cloves, minced

1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2-1/2 tablespoons lime juice, or a light vinegar
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2-1/2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup avocado or vegetable oil
8 tablespoons cilantro, finely chopped
Salad
Optional:
Salad greens or lettuce
Cherry tomatoes, cut in half
Avocado, quartered
English cucumbers, sliced
Grated carrot
Panela or Cotija cheese
Corn kernels
Radishes
Directions
1. Add garlic, salt, pepper, lime juice, or vinegar, and water in a jar. Mix well.
2. Add the mayonnaise, yogurt, vegetable and olive oil. Cover the jar and shake it until the ingredients are combined.
3. Add the cilantro and shake again. Refrigerated.
