Titi's Beet Salad












Ingredients
6 small beets, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 small onion, cut into 1-inch squares
1/2 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 pinch of Mexican oregano
