Sheetpan Eggs

 
















1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit. 

2. Generously coat an oven-safe ceramic dish with light olive oil. 

3. Crack the eggs onto the dish and sprinkle with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and nutmeg. 

4. Place the dish in the oven and bake for 6 minutes for runny yolks or the desired doneness. Keep in mind that the eggs will continue cooking from residual heat after you remove them from the oven.

5. Serve.
