Ingredients


4 cups coleslaw mix or shredded cabbage , about 7 ounces
4 celery ribs , very thinly sliced
4 green onions
1 carrot , thinly julienned or shredded
1 small apple , cored and thinly sliced
½ cup crumbled blue cheese
½ cup canola oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
½ teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
