Carne de Cerdo en Adobo de Chile Ancho




Ingredients

Meat
2.5 lbs boneless pork loin, cut into 1/2-inch steaks
Salt and pepper

Adobo Sauce
50 grams dry ancho chiles
2 cups orange juice
2 cups water
1 garlic clove
7 teaspoons Knorr chicken bouillon
1-1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon table salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

To Cook
24 oz bite-sized potatoes
16 oz baby carrots

Directions

carrots and potatoes = 15 minutes pressure cooker
pork loin is 15 per pound. Let's see.
