Pico de Gallo

 
















Ingredients

1 lb ripe tomatoes (steak, Campari, or any kind that are red and ripe), diced

2 oz (1/2 medium) white onion, sot so finely finely chopped

2 medium jalapeño chiles, finely chopped

1 serrano chile, even more finely chopped

Cilantro, finely chopped

2 limes, freshly squeezed juice  

1 tablespoon good-quality Extra Virgin Olive oil

Salt, to taste (no pepper)


Directions

Mix all ingredients.
